    To make the cold brew:

    Add the Saltwinds Banana Coffee grounds into a jar. Pour the cold water into the same jar. Gently mix the grounds with the water and add the lid to the jar. Put the jar into the fridge and let sit for 12 hours or overnight.

    After letting the jar sit, strain the mixture to remove grounds from the cold brew. Use a fine mesh strainer, a coffee filter, or pour over tool to do so.

    To prep the date:

    Place date in a bowl filled with hot water. Let the date soak in the water for at least 30 minutes to soften the date. This will make it easier to blend.

    To prep the banana

    Peel the banana and cut it into coin shaped pieces. Put banana slices into a container or plastic bag and put it into the freezer. Let banana freeze overnight or until solid.

    Add frozen banana, soaked date, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cold brew, plant milk, and vanilla into a blender.

    Blend until smooth. Add more plant milk if needed.
