Prepare a double shot espresso (60 millilitres) using Saltwinds Ocean Air Coffee in an espresso machine and set aside.

Combine equal parts of milk and cream, 10 millilitres of condensed milk, and half a pinch of salt in a steaming pitcher.

Steam the milk mixture until it reaches 70c to 80c temperature.

Pro tip: When you achieved the right temperature,It will make enough foam to finish your drink later!

In the coffee mug of your choice, add the double-shot Ocean Fresh espresso.

Gently add the milk mixture you've created by pouring it high up faster in the coffee mug and pouring the foam slowly.

Garnish your Ocean Air Salted Latte with three coffee beans or kosher salt if desired.
