160g Ice Cubes

To make the pumpkin syrup

Combine 128g of brown sugar, 128g brewed Saltwinds Pumpkin Coffee, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves in a sauce pan.

Bring mixture to a boil then reduce to a simmer and let mixture simmer for 5 minutes.

Add vanilla and continue to simmer for 1 minute.

Strain mixture through a cheesecloth.

Store in a tightly sealed mason jar in the refrigerator.

For the frappe:

Blend 120g of Saltwinds Pumpkin Coffee, Holiday Hygge Spices, cream, oat milk, brown sugar, and ice cubes together for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.

Add a teaspoon of pumpkin syrup to a martini glass.

Pour frappe into the martini glass.
