Salty’s Frozen Espresso Martini

This recipe is a twist on the classic Espresso Martini. It is the perfect patio drink for the summer months! Espresso martinis are a winter staple, but making them as a frozen drink means you can drink them all year round. With only three ingredients this is on the happy hour menu at home all summer long!

Brew 4 shots of Saltwinds Summer Squall Espresso.

Pour espresso into an ice cube tray.

Freeze espresso until solid or overnight.

When ready to make the martinis, put 4 martini glasses into a freezer or fill with ice to chill.

Add frozen espresso, coffee liqueur, and vodka into a blender and blend until smooth.
