Begin by brewing the coffee

1. Add 56g of Saltwinds Drunken Sailor coffee to pre-heating french press.
2. Add 1.5 cups of water just off boiling, stir in a circular motion.
3. Wait 30 seconds, then gently stir the grounds and add the remaining water.
4. Wait for a total of 4 minutes, then slowly depress the plunger, and pour into a pitcher.

Add the Scotch Whiskey

Once the coffee is brewed and still hot, measure out 1.5 ounces of your favourite Scotch whiskey. Pour it into the coffee, allowing the flavours to mingle and create a harmonious blend.

Sweeten with brown sugar

Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to the coffee and whiskey mixture. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves, enhancing the smoothness and sweetness of the drink.
