60g Saltwinds Coconut Coffee
70g White chocolate
3 pinches Nutmeg
1g Ground Cinnamon
300ml Coconut milk
150ml Heavy cream
3ml Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Cardamon
1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
40g Sugar
Roasted coconut shavings for garnish
Chocolate sauce for garnish

MOCHA PREPARATION

1. Brew a full pot of Saltwinds Coconut Coffee.
2. In a pot, add milk chocolate, coconut milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
3. Heat stovetop to 86°F and melt chocolate until it becomes a smooth, creamy liquid.
4. Mix ingredients slowly together as the mixture melts.

WHIPPED CREAM PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add heavy cream, vanilla extract, cardamom, cinnamon, and sugar, then mix using a hand
mixer on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
2. Lightly roast coconut shavings to garnish on top of whipped cream.

PRESENTATION

1. Pour approximately 2/3 of coffee into the glass. In the glass, add melted chocolate mixture to your liking.
2. Mix glass gently allowing the coffee and chocolate to mix smoothly.
3. Add whipped cream to taste, and garnish with roasted coconut shavings and chocolate drizzle.
4. Serve with a napkin.
